					<description>What do you think about panel market balance in '08.  My thinking is that, regardless of poly, the panel market is going into oversupply in '08.  I don't have numbers around to substantiate it, however.  I think demand will be around 2.3 - 2.5 GW.  But so many producers are increasing production by several hundred MW/year, it's amazing.  YGE claims they will, by themselves, have 1GW capacity by end next year.  And players like Nanosolar (starting up with 400MW capactity) are still to come in 08.
