		<description>I bought some PBW before last October&#039;s State of the Union address where President Bush first discussed our need for alternative energies.  Although it did get a nice 1-day bump after the speech, the fund has been falling despite the rest of the market&#039;s rally.

But tomorrow he&#039;s supposed to pound this point even further.  This talk from the top is great, but these stocks won&#039;t move until we actually pass some legislation or give funding to help these companies overcome the hurdles they face (big oil, paid politicians, cultural change)</description>
