					<description>I bought some PBW before last October's State of the Union address where President Bush first discussed our need for alternative energies.  Although it did get a nice 1-day bump after the speech, the fund has been falling despite the rest of the market's rally.

But tomorrow he's supposed to pound this point even further.  This talk from the top is great, but these stocks won't move until we actually pass some legislation or give funding to help these companies overcome the hurdles they face (big oil, paid politicians, cultural change)</description>
